Rheumatoid Arthritis
Sandra, a 34 year old teacher, first visited four years ago after having being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. She had a history of swollen ankles, painful heels, thrombosis in one leg, constipation and night sweats.
After one month's treatment, pain and swelling were reduced and night sweats eliminated, but she still was very tired. She then began to go through the classic retracing process (this is where conditions suffered in the past, that have not been properly resolved, come back for a short period of time and the body is able to properly heal). Sandra suffered sore throats and respiratory symptoms, similar to the ones that she suffered at the age of eighteen.
After one year of treatment, the tracing through of the respiratory symptoms was almost completed. The joints had been pain free and without swelling throughout most of this period. This indicates that the chronic nature of the rheumatoid arthritis had given way to the more acute problems of the respiratory illness.
Sandra's health has remained stable during the past three years with very little trouble from her joints and hardly any sore throats or respiratory problems. This is even with her professional responsibilities being very demanding. She has a very positive attitude to life. Although it is common for rheumatic conditions to have periods of remission Sandra has been relatively symptom free for several years.
Sandra was given the following treatment:

- vitamin B complex,
- vitamin C,
- zinc,
