Angina
Harold was a retired businessman who had suffered from angina for ten years. It initially accompanied high blood pressure. When he first visited his blood pressure was systolic 160 and diastolic 100. After four months of treatment his blood pressure was stable at 140/90. The angina had disappeared fairly early in the treatment.
His treatment emphasised relaxing and toning the nervous system. There was less emphasis on cleansing the arteries (others may need more emphasis on the cleansing of the arteries but Harold's blood pressure responded well to the treatment).
Harold was given the following treatment:

Harold commenced a gentle walking program and also reduce the amount of refined carbohydrates and sugars that he consumed. He also reduced the amount of coffee that he was drinking to one cup every other day.
